Preparation before installation
Before installing the Cylinder Buffer Sleeve, first check the cylinder and the buffer sleeve. Confirm that the model and specifications of the cylinder match the buffer sleeve, and check whether there are burrs, impurities or damage inside the cylinder and on the surface of the buffer sleeve. For new buffer sleeves, make sure that they are well packaged and not damaged during transportation. At the same time, prepare suitable installation tools, such as screwdrivers, wrenches, etc., and ensure the cleanliness and precision of the tools to avoid additional damage to the buffer sleeve or cylinder during installation. According to the working environment of the cylinder, such as temperature, humidity, dust, etc., choose whether to pre-clean or lubricate the buffer sleeve.
Key points during installation
During installation, make sure that the buffer sleeve is correctly aligned with the installation part of the cylinder. For directional buffer sleeves, they must be installed strictly according to the instructions of the markings or instructions to prevent installation errors from affecting the buffer effect. When installing the buffer sleeve on the cylinder, use uniform force to avoid deformation of the buffer sleeve due to excessive force. If it is connected by bolts, tighten the bolts according to the specified torque value. Using a torque wrench can ensure the accuracy of installation. During the installation process, care should be taken to avoid collision between the buffer sleeve and the piston, piston rod and other components inside the cylinder to ensure the accuracy and stability of its installation position. At the same time, for the buffer sleeve composed of multiple components, ensure that each component is firmly installed and tightly connected.
Key links in the debugging phase
After the installation is completed, enter the debugging phase. First, perform manual debugging, slowly push the piston rod of the cylinder, feel the resistance change of the buffer sleeve, and check whether there is any abnormal jamming or uneven resistance. If a problem is found, stop debugging immediately and check the installation of the buffer sleeve. After the preliminary inspection is no problem, perform automatic operation debugging under low pressure, observe the movement state of the cylinder under the action of the buffer sleeve, and check whether the starting point and end point of the buffer are as expected. The different working conditions can be simulated by adjusting the intake pressure and speed of the cylinder to further optimize the buffering effect. At the same time, use sensors and other equipment to detect the speed, acceleration and other parameters of the cylinder movement to ensure that these parameters are within a reasonable range during the buffering process.
Inspection and optimization after debugging
After debugging, the entire cylinder system should be fully inspected. Check the state of the buffer sleeve after multiple runs, including whether there is wear, deformation, etc. If the cushion sleeve is found to have signs of wear, the cause should be analyzed. It may be caused by improper installation, insufficient lubrication, or mismatch with the cylinder. Optimize and adjust according to the inspection results, such as reinstalling, adding lubricant, or replacing a more suitable cushion sleeve. In addition, the parameters of the cushion sleeve should be further fine-tuned in combination with the load conditions and motion requirements of the cylinder in actual work to achieve the best cushioning effect and system stability.
